Looks like you need help in the grammer department first, your message is painful to read
If you THOUROUGHLY made sure your connections are not lose or disconnected then it's most likely the cable snapped.

 my bad i thought i was texting for a minute but ok i will jus buy a new cable

Cabels are pretty easy to replace, you can find them on Ebay or at Napa/Autozone etc.
Just make sure the connection didn't just slightly pop out from behind the speedometer.
Also, check to see if you have a small gear reduction box that is inline with the cable, just follow the cable under the car, you should see it if its there. They were used to fine tune the speedometer or sometimes if your rear gear or trans was changed, if you have one the gears could be stripped.

i took the cable off but have'nt bought the new one yet but its a normal cable.
