Was cleaning out the shed and needed to move this thing.

It came in my wagon (not stock due to the solid bench seat). It is tilt and pre-dates delay wipers. I am pretty sure the NSS arm means it was for an auto transmission car - since the manual cars would have had the NSS on the clutch pedal, no?

Anything else stand out?
 
I'd say it was in a Pontiac originally if the turn signal & tilt levers are original to it. Can't see anything else to stand out on it. Putting my money on being a '79-'81 column.
