i want to put this in my 83 buick regal what installation kit do i need?

I'm not to sure, but I think that looks like a GRANT wheel. So one of their g-body adapters should work.

It's an APC wheel, but you might be able to use a grant brand adapter. Take the wheel in to an Advance or Autozone and check the patter to make sure you can bolt that wheel to the adapter.
