awhile back i posted talkin about how i can smell strong fumes from inside my car, is it the exhuast that's causing this??? my eyes really get a beat down when I'm driving, it's becoming unpleasant to cruise around, when your eyes want to start watering up on ya....you can smell it from under the car as soon as you open the door it hits you, and even more out back.

You most likely have an exaust leak I had the same happen to me after I hit a speed hump at 30-40mph but I just welded it up and put on some exaust tape and that fixed it for me till I get money to put a new exaust on it

where from the welds? or where the headers bolt on to the exhaust pipe? i don't have any cats, just glasspacks

you should be able to feel for the leak... don't touch the pipes  ... or take it to a local exhaust shop and ask them to find the leak for you. I'd imagine they'd do it for a few bucks or maybe nothing

ok thanks, that's what i was thinking, i just don't want them to refuse to look since i don't have catalytic converters.......

That's why there's more than one shop right?

does your exhaust have turndowns ? There is a reason why they route exhaust over the rear axle to exit an area behind the wheels and past the body.

you mean like dumps? where they exit in front or before the rearend? no i have have them ran all the way to the back bumper, but they are straight exit, no turndowns or side exit
