So I thought that the Hoses going from pipe off exhaust, to a vacuum tree that was then attached to the air pump, was the Exhaust Gas Recirculator (EGR). Come to find out today that them hoses are part of the AIR (Air Injection Recirculator) and thats why it was connected to the Air Pump. It all makes sense now,

I just failed to think through my assumption.

Anyway so now I have to replace the heads to get rid of them One Way Check Valves, but for now I'm just gonna plug them up!
