Sun visors

I need to get new visors for my 82 El Camino.
Tips? I see them on e-bay but no screws to adjust for tension.

Picked up a set from mikes montes also. High quality visors... be aware that they are a little pain to get on, but I promise you won't have to worry about them falling down!
