So I've been sanding and painting my old Honda civic and I'm almost done. Sanded the front right quarter and it was bondo'd from front to back. It was done very well so it must have been pro work or the dealer. (I think it was done when it was fairly new cuz it would be cheaper to just buy a new panel than pro body work)

Anyway I think its kinda funny, only because I don't care about the car; has anyone had a similar experience?

Filler from end to end sounds like the work of a novice. A professional would have replaced the fender to save his valuable time. I work in a bodyshop and have seen this many times. Also, don't assume that a dealer shop is better, I ve seen some shady work fron dealer shops also, ecspecially in larger cities.
