Well the issue is I have no speedometer housing or gear anything I would like some help on this please if anyone can shed some light I would greatly appreciate it. I have never installed one and I would not like to take the car into a shop because I will get charged way to much. 350 turbo, 9" for rear 389 gears or 398 can't remember and aluminum driveshaft I don't know if any of this helps.

Do you need the fixture that holds the driven gear that is inserted into the transmission?...and the gear(s) I assume.
Once you have obtained the parts, it's a relatively easy job doing a TH350.
You'll have to be more specific.

What do you have and don't have? Here's a site that might be able to enlighten you.

I need everything it just has a blue plastic plug when I take it off there is a gear in it already I need the fixture that connects to my speed cable I need the retainer to hold it in place I don't know what l nd of gear it already has inside transmission is bolted on but do I need to pull I t off again ?

Okay, I gotcha now. Its a new TCI Street fighter transmission and you need the bullet fixture that holds the driven gear, the driven gear (after you determine which gear you need), and it sounds like you might have a drive gear already in place, but that may need to be changed out to a different number of teeth.
I think these parts could be obtained on RockAuto.

First order of business is to calculate the gear ratio and tire diameter size before purchasing any speedo gears. I think the link that I gave you has that information, if not I have it written down.

I'll be going with the website you provided thank you for the help.

You're welcome! If I can help you any further, let me know.
The link that I gave you is certainly not the last stop on the bus. There's other sites that have these parts. This was the first one that came to mind.
