A ColdCase radiator & E-fans would be overkill for a 'lil 267. Have you verified the sending unit for the OE system is functioning?

A simple temporary mechanical gauge in place of the sending unit would corroborate if there's a cooling issue. I would start by determining actual temps & base my decisions off of the results.
