A ColdCase radiator & E-fans would be overkill for a 'lil 267. Have you verified the sending unit for the OE system is functioning?

A simple temporary mechanical gauge in place of the sending unit would corroborate if there's a cooling issue. I would start by determining actual temps & base my decisions off of the results.

Thanks I will get right on that! Why would a buddy of mines who is a diesel mechanic ( probably why) drop in the cold case and the electric ⚡️ fans?

Some people 'fix' things by just throwing parts @ it (especially @ a dealership) w/o trying to figure out the specific problem or if there is a problem vs a failed sensor in your case.
