tilt column repair help pls

my question is there a tool you can buy to pull column bushungs out? they are threaded in center Im assuming they just pull out??

If you mean the pivot pins, yes. Screws in and a nut gets tightened to pull them out. Even Harbor Freight sells one cheap.
