got the GP bar, well packed. wrapped in brown paper, then saran-wrapped to keep the paper on, then put in a box well-stuffed and over-stuffed with newspaper, then all edges double-sealed with packing tape. and I did I mention it came like it was wire-wheeled with nuts and bolts?
