I would simply say anywhere between 30-34 usually fits the bill, adjust to your personal liking/ride quality as needed.
I will tell you that on higher performance type tires, like the Michelin Pilot Super Sport Run Flats (summer only) I have on my C7, those will be as low as 26-28 psi cold in the garage, but after about 30 min driving on typical warm spring/summer day they will increase up to 31-32 so there's that too.
So personally, I've always been pretty consistently setting my Cutlass tires to about 30 cold, and they'll creep up to about 32 warm which is right where I like them for my tastes. I did this on my old 15x7 wheels with 225F/245R / 60 BFG Radial TA's. and with my current 17x8 wheels with 245/45 as well and it's worked well for me both with the ride and treadwear.
