I am shopping for some new tires. I've narrowed it to two based on price and "reported specs".
Tire 1: Nitto NT555 Extreme
Tire 2: Toyo Proxes TQ Drag Radial
I'm looking for a tire that has good street manners meaning can handle rain and not be so soft I wear them out "too" fast and have better than radial street tire traction on the strip.
Primarily I just cruise my car so it is not a daily driver and track time will just be fun runs so I am leaning more toward the street manners then strip benefits.
Anyone have experience with either of these tires or have a better suggestion.
