Tires and turning radius

I know it sounds like a dumb question, but I don't know the answer. If I put narrower tires on my car, will that give it a tighter turning radius? Say going from 225s to 205s in front.
 
nope. the main contributors to turning radius are the scrub radius and the max angle the tires can be turned to.
sometimes when you go to a wider tire and wheel you also wind up changing the wheel centeline, which changes the scrub radius, and thus the turning radius.
