I installed new window sweeps on my 84 monte today, and decided that while my door panel is off I should do something about the cracks in it. My question is can someone recommend a good glue for this kind of plastic, or should I look into fiberglass for this? I would like the repair to just be on the inside. I also need to figure out how to reattach the metal bracket to the inside of the panel. Any suggestions?

Well I would first have to recommend a new door panel

If you are set on fixing this one, use a two part epoxy for everything, plastic steel weld

Overall my interior is not in bad shape, but I do plan to completely restore it sometime down the road. I can get a new panel then. For now I am just taking care of the worst things on the car and this panel would be one of them. Just gonna give it a temporary repair.
