I know this is a common topic but i haven't seen any definitive answers so I'll be very specific on my set up and problem. I installed lowering springs on the rear fo the car with no issues. I added belltech drop spindles to the front (the same pn for gbodies or s10's) the car sat lower and looked good except when going over bumps the wheel hits the top of the fender. to stop this tried putting in 2" drop coilovers from a 88 s10 blazer. The monte now looks amazing and the suspension is way stiffer, but with 18" wheels there just doesn't seem to be enough clearance. I took out the inner fender to check and with the fender removed it looks to gain just enough clearance with the stiffer suspension but speed bumps would still be a nightmare. are spring isolators my best bet to gain that little bit of clearance or are there any recommended springs to use that will not be too low but retain a stiff enough ride to avoid hitting the fender? what have other members done. (keeping the fenders out is an option but I would still like opinions. Thanks
