well its fianlly going to happen, the cutty will soon be a tuned port injected cutty! i have just about every last thing i need, i just bought a GN tank, sending unit and pump on ebay for 150 shipped which was my last missing link. my question is what is needed to install the tank and hook the lines into the tpi? do i use the existing hardlines from the stock 3.8? i noticed that there are three hoses coming off of the new fuel tank, one is supply, one is return but what is teh third?? does that have to do with the charcol canister? this may sound dumb but i dont know anything about charcol canisters nor have i used one since i swapped my first sbc into a g body years ago. can i use rubber efi hose to make connections? i am really excited about this swap! i have been collecting parts for over 2 years and i rewired the harness almost 2 years ago to get rid of all the smog and unnecessary b.s. stuff on the harness. everything is ready but i want to make sure i have no issues getting it in and this is the final loose end. thanks in advance!

Back there are the fuel tank your lines will go right on the GN tank. You will want to replace all of your stock fuel hoses with Fuel Injection hoses. You can buy some "repair" fuel lines with the correct fittings to connect to the rubber hoses that connect to the fuel rail OR you can buy some adapters from Jegs or Summit that allows you to run AN lines to the fuel rail which of course would look nicer.

Keep in mind you will also want some kind of a fuel filter assembly in your feed line somewhere. What I did on my car was buy two of the repair fuel lines and got a fuel filter for a 96 Chevy pickup with the 350 and put that in my car along the frame.

Since your car has the V6 then your fuel lines are already on the driver's side which is a plus for you.

The 3/8 line is your feed line, the 1/4" line is the return line and the 5/16 line is the vent line to the charcoal canister. I was able to get a fitting to reduce the 5/16" return line down to the stock 1/4" return line from my local parts store.

Good luck with the TPI swap, I am so happy I did mine a few years ago.

im curious if you improved your gas mileage allot? i have a mildly built 350 right now with a turbo 350 and stock posi rear and i am getting crap millage! i am planning to do the tpi swap as soon as i get all of the parts painted and/or painted but i am planning to swap either a 700r4 or 200r4 transmission and 3.42 gears also. i am hopeing to be able to get better mileage once the tpi and transmission are swapped. what transmission did you use? i am wondering if there is anything i need to do if i use a 200r4 rather then a 700r4..... as far as filter location i am thinking i may put the filter right after the tank so that i can make use of the factory hardlines without cutting them. the repair lines that you used, did they have a fitting on them? i have bought rubber fuel line before and it said that it was fuel injection hose so do i just use that between the tank and lines along with normal hose clamps? i may just order a whole new pair of fuel lines but that my get expensive and i am on a budget..... thanks for the help!
