turbo 350 trans help

trying to adjust the vacumn mod on the trans which way to turn to shift later or sooner thanks

If it's a stock modulator it can't be adjusted. But if it's an after market adjustable one you turn the little screw inside it clockwise to make shifts later or turn it counterclockwise to make shifts earlier.
