So, if I wanted a turbo Regal, would I just be better off getting a T-Type, as opposed to modifying my NA? Why?

If you just want a T-Type equivalent, you're better off buying one. It'll cost the same after you upgrade the suspension and drivetrain of the NA vehicle.

If you want to upgrade to performance parts, you'll have to look at your options more closely.

Oh, definitely want to go above and beyond...So, where would you suggest I begin?

New engine, transmission, and rear end. 😀

The engine swap to have all the Turbo stuff is not easy nor is it cheap.

Your best bet is to find a running but wrecked / rusty T type and transplant everything.

Most target the intercooled years 86/87 because they have the strongest blocks and there is a ton of aftermarket parts geared to these years.

You can have an 11 second street car or a 9 second screamer it all depends on how much spare Jack ya got. 🙂

Most cars for parts are in the $3-5 K area. some have found better deals but it's rare.

Now is the time to buy a turbo buick, its definitely a buyers market. I got my t type for cheap after my 86 GN got totalled.

Alright, will do...Other than eBay and the local classifieds, where are some good places to look for cars?

Appreciate it!
