I need help i took the v6 motor out my 1985 cutlass supreme already replace the motor mount and inserted the 350 and 375 hydramatic trans into the car. When it cam to putting the crossmember and drive shaft in it didnt fit. What should i do get the driveshaft modified and rebalanced and get the cross member modified or is it a car i can get the drive shaft and cross member from?????

easiest thing would be cut the driveshaft

actually, the easiest thing to do is go to the junkyard and pick up a d-shaft.
the engine swap wouldn't have changed the shaft length, just the trans. i'm assuming it used to have a th200. i think that you just need a d-shaft from a th350 car, which is pretty common.

I would agree

But is it a 375 or 375B and is it a 3 inch or 6 inch tailhousing

375B is 350 housing

375 is 400 housing
