Valves in my 305

[1979Calais]

I got the engine out of my car. I was going to clean it up and just paint it til it put me down and then I would get a 350. Iook the driver side monifold off and=found the valves looked like this (pictures below). Is this a big problem? Aslo the eninge does not smoke, tap, or burn oil.

Looks like a leaking valve stem seal to me. Normally exhaust valves aren't wet. If it's just a temporary engine, I wouldn't worry about it.
