Vent not working

I have a 1985 442 Salon and when I run my A/C it only comes out the floor and defrost. I'm guessing there is a vacuum line off or leaking. How can I trouble shoot this problem.

There is a manifold on the back of the control head, usually this is where it starts to leak and cause this issue.
Might be the easiest starting point.

Thanks......I read some of the older posts about the same problem after I had already asked the question.....lol. I ordered a new 9 port a/c vacuum selector that goes to the back of the control panel. We will see if that works. If not I will be back on here.
