Vin I.D Help

Is there another spot to check vin tag beside the cowl tag its missing? Like on the frame?
My car is missing all the stickers. No trunk stickers etc.

are you sure its not stolen? If I remember correctly, the factory stamped a hidden vin on the frame rail. I'm not sure what the exact location is though. In a lot of states missing a VIN plate on a vehicle is a felony.

The hidden vin on the frame is stamped on top of frame on drivers side about 3/4 of the way towards back tire. Next to impossible to see with body bolted on.

Well to does have a vin tag on the dash inside the car. It's just missing the cowl tag under hood
reason i'm asking is title says brougham and everything inside has 442, 8.5 rear end, kzf trans,t tops, floor

If its a 442, the engine code in the vin will be a 9. Not all cars got a cowl tag. Gm was phasing them out I guess.

there is no cowl tag because it was replaced by the spid label in the trunk it will tell you exactly what the car is by option codes there is several places online with option code lists to find out what it is dave

Thats my problem no stickers anywhere. I was just just wondering if the trans or diff, would give
me a sign of what I had.
