norman ,ok
anyone know how much a stock 84 cutlass weighs? also anyone completly gutted one for racing and weighed it? thanks

ron

that would be nice. i figuered it weighed more than that stock. how fast is your homebuilt 325 hp.

Never had it on the track, but for what it's worth my desktop-dyno program spits out 13.4's This is with a 3300 LB. car weight & my horse and torque numbers, trans. type, gears and tires.

I thinks it's probably pretty close, 'cause my friend who helped me build it has 500HP 377 SBC in a '78 Monte & he has the 12.01 ET time slips to prove it. NO Nitrous, or forced induction.

a buddy of mine has a montie gutted with a small block and it weighs 2850 with driver.

the doors, trunk lid, and front fenders are steel. the hood i am not sure . the car has a ss front cover. front and rear bumper core are gone and inner finders removed. all the carpet, seets, dash, door panels, and HVAC controls are gone the inside of the car is skined in black aluminum.
