Hey everyone,

I am in the process of building and 80 Malibu. Its a budget build, I have a 454 with a Th400 I am dropping in.

Looking to start a build thread in the next little while, and hoping to get a lot of input from everyone on here.

Wow, sounds like an awesome build, I'm kind of partial to the 455 Olds and and Buick motors, but any ridiculously large engine is good enough for me. There's no replacement for displacement, welcome to the site

I have the heads all done on the engine, going to swap in a Summit cam, fresh bearings and re-ring it and just run the thing. I also picked up a ford 9" last night, 4:56 gears and a mini spool.
The 9' was set up for a g-body already, I just need to add upper control arm mounts.

Does anyone have a good place I can find the brackets? I see that Currie makes them but any other places build them?
