I have always wondered what these are on the rear bumper covers at the bottom. It's like a lil metal clip? I don't see it attached to anything other than the bumper cover.
What are these?

Bolts to the studs on the quarters for the bumper cover. I think it helps hold the cover in place
Ahhh thanks fellas. Makes sense. I gotta see why my drivers side one is sliding down and it's not wanting to hold my bumper cap flange in place. Passenger side is perfect, drivers side is allowing the bumper cap portion to stick out a bit.
