I think it looks good. I agree with FE3X though that the woodgrain like what is on his dash looks nice too with the black.

I like em both. I think a solid color looks good in there but white is a bit much, maybe the gray like the 87 442 had. I did the opposite on mine.

i think it depends on the direction of the rest of the interior. if the rest will be black with white accents, yes. in my silver cutlass, the gauge plate, and all the woodgrain, were made into brushed aluminum since the rest of the car is silver and the interior is all grey..
