What is this for?

I am wondering what this part is for?
It’s under my dash on the left side near the break lease handle. Can it be that this is a switch or relais for my seatbelt/ lightwarning system. My alarmbuzzer goes off whenever it wants. When i move things a bit under the dash near this item the buzzing stops. The car i am talking about is a 79 malibu

If I'm not mistaken the white one should be the horn relay...the black one with the 14001525 I think should be the seat belt..key in alarm
