I have aquestion for the pontiac guys i'm building a 400 pontiac motor and want to know what the differance is in the 4x heads vs the 6x heads i have both but want to know what would be the best ones to use any help on this would be great thanks all.

While I'm sure someone poncho savvy will eventually chime in your should look into hitting up a GTO or Transam site for motor specific info. You'll get answers alot quicker.
