A few months back I was having some problems with my brake lights and signals. I got the brake lights working(bad ground, which I assume is unrelated to the signal problem), but now my problem is when I put my left signal on it blinks very fast , and the 2 rear lights are very dim. When the running lights are on the left arrow stay illuminated on the dash, and you can't see the left signal because it is too dim. I have already replaced the switch inside the column and checked all the bulbs. The right signal seems fine. any ideas?

changed the flasher
bulbs looks fine, i switched them around (right side to left side) and got the same results.

where are the signals grounded at?

Could be corrosion in one or more bulb sockets.

Another thing might be in the column itself. Those plastic pieces in the steering column have a tendency to break and cause the wiring to short itself.
