I am wanting to get some wheels for my MC i wanna go 15x10 with a28,10.5 but im not sure on the bs anf if i will have to do any mods to make them fit thanks

Not knowing what year Monte or what tire brand I would say unless you have notched the rear frame I don't think any 15" x 10" rim with a 28" x 10.5" slick will fit without sticking out of the wheelwell, since you do not want any rubbing at all on the frame (major safety issue)
Slicks will have a wider section width (usually between 12"-13" in that size) and need even more clearance than a comparable street or drag radial tire and that will be where it rubs on the frame and if it sticks out of the wheelwell (not a good look) then you have to be worried about cutting the tire from the metal edge in the wheelwell.
I would say if tire will fit on a 8-8.5" rim with a 4-4.5" BS depending on manufacturer recommendations then that might be a better option.
