wheel question

would 17x9.5 w/ a 7 inch offset and 245/40/17s fit a 83 cutlass dont believe they will but can get good deal on a set,there off a newer ss camaro.oh yea my cutlass has one of the header tubes on outside of frame rail

7" of bs is way too much for a G-body. I think the most you can go with is 4.5". maybe 5"?

you can use GOOD QUALITY wheel spacers to make up for the back space. ideally you want the center of the tire over the bearings/rotor. but be careful with you measurements, especially with that header tube there.
