will these bolt up with no issues all the way around on my 78?

your bolt patern is 5x4.75 . it says 5-4.5 do those rims have the oval pattern holes ?

Yeah, AMC, Ford and Chrysler large(Chrysler small is 5 on 4-only early A bodies had em) pattern cars all had the 5 on 4 1/2, GM used either 5 on 4 3/4 or 5 on 5 ( some full size cars) bolt patterns.

well there were two one was the 5x4 1/2 and the other was 5x4 3/4 is that what i need? i hope to order these this weekend so thanks for the help

yes you need the 5x4.75 bolt pattern
