Now, don't quote me on this, cause I don't know for sure... but would the two sides interchange at all? If that's the case, you can just buy two of the one side they have available...
I have one extra one laying around I can look at, but no way to tell for sure if it'll work on the opposite side without taking mine apart... It's been over 6 years since I had the front clip of a Cutlass apart, so my memory isn't serving me too well...

Edit: I think the one I have is a passenger side one... would you be interested in it?

no, the mounting holes are off center, so each side is different from the other. They say on the back of them that the RH rear and LH front are the same. So the LH rear and the RH front would interchange

I think the reason they discontinued them is because the fenders/plastic bumper cover wouldn't need to be reemed/drilled out very much to fit the alternate side. If I can't find another one I'll just buy two like you said and drill the holes out some

Shoulda known year one would have it:

http://www.yearone.com/serverfiles/fbsh ... .asp?cat=B
78-88 Monte Carlo/El Camino » Body/Decals » Front End (marker lights)

And it's cheaper than buying two from gbodyparts!

--anyone know the dimenstion (L x W) of the monte carlo side marker lights?

Those are a different shape, and they mount differently as well.

If they mount differently, no problem cuz they can be made to fit, but if they're different size then I'll go with the ones from gbodyparts and make the mounting holes a little bigger

Early models had a lamp in them, later years, euro designs, had no lamp.
Lens is same.
