Ok I'm doing a SBC swap on a 85' Buick Regal.... The block is out of a 79' Camaro but what P/S pump should I use. I bought a nice billet power steering bracket kit to use also... I think I remember hearing about using a P/S pump out of the same year small block chevy G-body. Which pump should I get, that fits...

You should get one for an 85 Monte Carlo SS with a 305. You also need the lines for the same car. That should get you through.

I used my factory one from my 3.8L. I just pressed on a new pulley and used a march brushed alum bracket.

I used one off of a B body wagon in my car. It was easier than changing the pulley. If you have the pulley as part of your March kit, you can probably just use the stock V6 piece. I don't think the pumps differ. The only thing that might change is if you are reversing the rotation direction, which happens sometimes when going from a V belt to a serpentine belt.

I used march's v belt pulleys, I couldn't afford the serpentine kit at the time. pressing off the pulley was a major p.i.t.a and I cut my hand pretty good when the wrench I was using for leverage slipped out.
