"Stock headers"???

If you mean stock exhaust manifolds, you will need the separate downpipes that they sell to connect this system to your manifolds. If you really do have headers (which would not be "stock" then this system should connect as is.

and do i need the dual notched crossmember

Well, let's see. Your stock crossmember is designed to clear one pipe on one side. This exhaust has two pipes, one on each side. What do you think?

Jegs has the double hump crossmember for around 130 buck very nicely made but you have to order it for your transmission

Do you have one of the JEGS crossmembers on your car? I haven't installed mine yet and was wanting to know how it fit.

Yes I put it in last summer It fit very nicely, and looks great with the new exhaust, makes it look as though the car was made for dual exhaust, I did have one small problem with it being too close to the driver side floor pan and when I went over bumps it would bump the floor a little but I solved that pretty easily with a wooden wedge and hammer pushing the floorboard upwards a little, and no I didn't leave the wooden wedge in there.....lol
