how do you take window arm off? and how do you tighten then up so there not loose

take a dental pick, and put a tight hook on the end. Then push in the trim plate behind the base of the arm and slightly pull the arm away from the door. Insert the dental hook between the plastic washer that protects the trim plate and the arm base directly in line with the "arm" portion. There is a gap between the hoop end (black thing in my awesome drawing) on the clip and the window arm (red thingy).

Hook your modified dental pick in that open spot and pull the clip off. Then the arm will pull off of the spline shaft.

Most parts stores carry a tool that is easy to use and costs a couple bucks.

i'llcheck out the tool.. thanks for trying to draw me what to do but i dont get it

I always use a flathead. It works fine to me

That's a good way to damage the door panel, the surrounding trim, or handle/crank itself.

Don't use a screwdriver!
