my driver window is hard to roll up but easy to roll down . Do y'all think this is the window regulator going bad ? And how can I fix this or do I have to replace it

You can pull the door panel off and see what kind of access you have and watch the movement going up and down to see where it starts binding and maybe try Q-tips with grease or a spray lubricant to see if it frees up.
For me I always pull the tracks out of the door to service them but it is more time consuming but I do it this way since I am usually installing a new power window motor at this time and I find it easier and many times the 30+ year old grease hardens or just dries up and the rollers end up not turning also.
