When I got my gp the drivers window was broken. After further inspection I found the regulator was broken. I drilled out the rivits and removed the bolts and now everything is lose. The problem is now actually removing it from inside the door. It seems impossible to snake it out. Is there any tricks or anything I'm missing?

One of the rollers is likely still mounted in a track. Did you take the 2 bolts out by the inner door handle?

Yeah, the whole thing is loose it's just trying to pull it out of the door. The hole seems too small.

Then you just have to try different ways to remove it from the door. It won't fit out the hole at the top of the door if thats the way you are trying to remove it. I tip the regulator towards the front of the door and towards the bottom then kind of back it out of the opening.

Thanks for the help. Once I removed the motor from the regulator I was able to get it out.
