Hello everyone. Since my car is in paint im removing the window regulators out of my old doors as i put new aftermarket doors on my car. As i clean 37 years of old grease out of the tracs and the rollers im wondering what should i use to regrease them? Is it the good old lithium grease? Or has anyone used somthing else? Im open to suggestions. Thanks Mike.

i use wheel bearing grease i think it's less likely to fall or run off.especially on the gears.the lithium grease works good if the regulator was still in the door and it's hard to reach all areas.
