where would you mount the 4 relays for the power window upgrade

And you are....???

Mount them anywhere you like that's at least semi-easy to get to in case you have to replace them. I'd mount them inside the door somewhere that the "bulge" in the lower door panel covers them yet allows them to be inside the door panel weather protectors to keep rain from getting to them. But that's just me.
