Would this be a good deal?

I found this ad on craigslist, and wondered what you guys thought. http://sd.craigslist.org/pts/1418907365.html I emailed him and asked for pics so I am waiting for that. What I want to know is if the price is worth it for stock SS rims and if they can be painted to match the burgandy on my Cutlass. I would only paint what was originally painted on the wheel.

I have seen good clean Monte SS rims sell for 30 bucks a rim at car shows around here

In AZ 125.00 for a set is the common price. Little far from SD though.... Theres a couple of sets on there now, in fact.

Am i wrong here i thought the caprice's of the time where five on five bolt pattern. Not 5 on 4 3/4 :?:

Actually, B bodies could have either bolt circle. The heavy duty versions (taxis, 9C1's, wagons, etc.) always had the bigger BC, but the civilian versions could come either way. I am not sure exactly what was the trigger for the bigger wheels, but I have seen them with both patterns.
