Give me your honest opinion guys, could I pull these off on my GP or does it just have too much Chevy-esque-ness about them? I've always liked the Zq8 wheels but they were never available with plain center caps until recently. This particular set of replicas cost $465 shipped which frees up more money for the eng/trans & rear end. I was thinking about finding someone that could engrave Pontiac arrowheads into the center caps too.

I really want the 17" Year One cast Pontiac Rallies, but I don't want to run a 17x9 up front. There's no telling if or when they'll release a 17x8 either.

If you think it will look like sh*t let me know. I think they look good on bowties, but otherwise.......

G-Body_Vet,

I say "DO IT"! It'll be nice to have a car that's a little different from all the others (IMO).

......But what do I know, I'm 65 years old and not up-to-date on todays trends  ......

I think they would look cool on your car, despite being a Chevy wheel. However, I like the idea of engraving the Pontiac logo on the center caps.

Do it they will look fantastic! No they will not look like a chevyiesed Pontiac Oldsmobile or Buick with old chevy corvette ralleys on it. And tailpipes straight out under the bumper and chevy stickers on it.

I think they are a sharp looking wheel regardless of where they came from. They are unique enough that most people will have no idea what they are. I say go with it.

I am sure if you check out the Performance Years catalog online , at minium you could find some Arrow head stickers.

Might even find a smaller emblem that would bolt in.

See what you come up with (part #s) and I could check the stuff out for you Tuesday.

Also with a little darker paint on the insets , you could achieve kinda "modern" Rally II look.

That car is cool. Looks bad arse & unique.
