I want to get rid of the hood hinges on my cutlass & use the shocks I seen on my friends g-body regal. Is that a direct bolt on mod? If not, what will I have to do to mount them?

I just looked at this setup at the junkyard but on a 78 with only one strut on the pass. side. youd need the whole hinge part for both sides. and the pivot for the bottom of the strut is part of the inner fender (i believe its welded on there)
I might grab the one set and ill let you know what i do with it. might be able to save that welde mount.

the regal shocks tend to fail, i would take the cutlass style over the regal if it where me. i have both and have those shocks fail on my regal and riviera, pita
