So I finally finished upgrading all the speakers in my salon, as well as swapping out a non kenwood (deltasonic) amp, finally making my stereo a 100% all Kenwood system.
a little history..............in 1985 I saw this car about 4 blocks from my house, I was 20... and I really wanted it bad. flash forward....1989, my then ex girlfriend actually bought the car, we were still friends. 1992 she paints the car. She owns the car for 14 years, 2003 she gets married and sells the car.......to ME!!!! i already owned another salon I bought 7 years earlier, but mine was non T Top car.........could not pass it up!
the car already had a custom stereo installed......in 1991, and cost 4 grand to install back then, holy crap!! so basically my upgrade only involved speakers and the mp3 player, and the amp swap up.

so now I am running a new kenwood mp3 head unit, all new kenwood speakers, and all my amps and sub controller/EQ are from 1991, kenwoods best manufacturing year. let me tell you......no new amps compare to these older, more solid units. this system pounds like hell. I am a heavy metal head to my death....and this system just pounds the rock!!

so the list is............

kenwood KDC-mp345u mp3 player 2011
kenwood KGC-9042 sub controller/ graphic EQ 1991

kenwood KAC-521 mini dash amp 80 watts 1991
kenwood KAC-921 mid range amp 360 watts 1991
kenwood KAC-1021 sub amp 840 watts 1991

kenwood KFC-x106 dash speakers 4" 70 watts 2001
kenwood KFC-6983PS rear 6x9 speakers 450 watts 2011
kenwood KFC-W2512 10" subwoofer 1000 watts 2011
kenwood KFC-W2512 10" subwoofer 1000 watts 2011

still in the tweeking phase........but it sounds super crisp and super loud. If ya want to check it out heres the pics....
