I think I saw one of those coolers years ago on another classic gm enthusiast website. When it comes to stuff like this I’m very hesitant to let anyone borrow it. At the moment, I do have an oddity part that I’m letting someone borrow but I’m about to ask for it back soon.
Usually if you're in east north or south it's still cheaper to send to California for plating. I'm on a lowrider forum too and it's cheaper even with shipping to send to a lowrider shop in Cali than to a shop in Florida or Tennessee

Here the pic I got from the interwebz but it's the red rectangular box. It can also be black or beige depending on the year but yeah it sits near the horn relay.
Another thing is the turn signal lever just pulls outta there, might have to snatch it out.
But just for know how, here are the tools you'll need if you're removing your steering wheel. I'm not sure if the non sport wheels have a lock plate but the sport wheels do.
I couldn't find the pic but I remember it being in an always spot behind the dash near the horn relay on my 86 Cutlass

I've checked and I haven't located a maroon colored one yet but I'll check a couple more yards on the outskirts BUT as stated those are from the Olds 98s/Delta 88s so I'm not sure if they're correct for the gbody 4 doors.
