Forgot about this thread, it turns out the "ticking" was actually the front two spun rod bearings and the #5 intake lifter exploded... thing still did highways speeds and ran like a goddamn tank! Olds power is nothing to reckon with!
Ok After looking at the differences I've decided against cutting my 4 door in half and just trying to sell it and drop the motor in a 2 door.

I have the same problem the engine was swapped from v6 to v8 and i didn't get a carbon canister with it so there's a fuel vent under my hood and idk what to do with it, i was told NOT to cap it but my engine bay smells like gas :?
