plus 13"? that's wider than any rim he's fitting. His factory 14" x 6" are likely a 3.5" offset - so an extra 9.5" that's a serious skateboard look you got going on there.

The doesn't stand for inches. Most 20"+ wheels are 10" wide. I've got several sets so I know what offset he needs so that his wheels DON'T poke out and so that his center cap will fit on the front wheels. Have you ever owned any wheels over 20"?
