130 mph speedo?

does anybody know if any montes came with a 130 mph speedo? the highest i have seen is 115, i just picked it up but would love to find the 130. just wondering if it exists.

I think the Malibu 130(140?) mph speedo was a police order option, and it should go into the monte dash the same (I think they're the same?)

Of course you have to find one! I've seen them pop up on ebay from time to time...

115 was the factory Monte speedo. If the Monte is an 86-88 any 130 that you find will look out of place unless you replace all of the gauges with a set from 85 or older.

I dont remember what site they were on but there are gauge overlay's available for the G-Body cars.They come in different speedometer readings.120,130,140 mph I believe.I think they are only available in white also but not sure

In Canada, you could get a 200km/hr speedo head as an option for the police package Malibus of the early '80s. It has the 3 speed automatic trans shift indicator on it as well.
